Vehicle Technician Vacancy – Twyford / Sonning (Reading), Berkshire
1. Up to £32,000 basic salary plus bonus, with an OTE of approximately £38,000
2. Monday to Thursday 8:00AM – 5PM / Fridays 8am - 4.30PM
3. NO Weekends!

We are currently seeking a Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician for a well-established Multi-Franchise Main Dealership on the outskirts of Reading, Berkshire.
Our Client, a reputable dealership representing multiple automotive brands, is looking to add a dedicated Technician to their team of highly skilled professionals. This Vehicle Technician role offers a great opportunity to work in a busy, friendly environment with excellent career development prospects.
The Successful Vehicle Technician will receive:

Key Responsibilities include:
15. Conducting comprehensive vehicle service checks
16. Performing repairs and diagnostic assessments
17. Carrying out general servicing and maintenance tasks
18. Maintaining a high standard of work quality and professionalism
19. Supporting continuous workshop organisation and tool care
20. Ensuring exceptional customer service through accurate communication and workmanship
Vehicle Technician Requirements:
21. NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds qualifications in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
22. Full UK driving license
23. Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership
24. MOT testing certification is advantageous (training can be provided to the right Vehicle Technician)
25. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team spirit
26. Motivated for ongoing learning and skills enhancement
