Business Admin Apprentice Salary: £22,048 per annum plus Veolia benefits Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday Location: Veolia Rear of the Oaklands Ctr, Graylingwell Drive, Chichester PO19 6GS Programme Duration: u p to 24 months Candidate shortlisting will take place on w/c 2nd & 9th of June 2025 and assessment days will take place between w/c 16th & 23rd of June 2025. As well as this, you’ll also gain a Level 3 Business Administration Level 3 Certificate. With many of our colleagues starting as apprentices, you’ll receive full support and guidance from everyone throughout. By the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll have received industry-standard training and attained qualifications that will enable you to progress and reach your full potential. What you'll be doing; Carrying out diary management and ensuring all tasks are delegated to the correct diary Preparing documents through editing, printing and binding Creating presentation and reports Support the help-desk with logging and prioritizing of works (in line with guidance) Interaction with engineering teams to ensure work completion to agreed timescales Provide admin team cover for holidays and absence In Chichester & Our London contract Collation of customer reports and updating the customer hub Assist in raising purchase orders and invoice validation General filing and document retention What we're looking for; A minimum of 4 GCSEs Grade 4/C (or equivalent) achieved or predicted, including Maths, English IT skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to thrive in a busy office environment Ability to follow health and safety policies and procedures and willing to challenge unsafe behaviour Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new skills Good Interpersonal Skills Ability to work with others Full UK driving licence (Desirable) We reserve the right to close applications earlier than expected if we receive an exceptionally high volume of submissions.
