Membership Consultant
Membership is arguably one of the most exciting parts of Fritton Lake. We have a team of professionals working to ensure an exceptional member experience, whether that’s in our Clubhouse or across the resort. We are looking for support to help our team improve the operational experience of the business and manage growth sustainably.
Reporting to our General Manager:
1. You’ll explore all avenues and opportunities to maximise the number of new member applications to Fritton Lake.
2. Working with the existing team, you’ll drive performance with clear targets and expectations, holding everyone accountable for achieving membership key performance indicators.
3. Your analytical skills will be crucial for updating all stakeholders regularly on membership sales and updating senior management team monthly.
4. You’ll be responsible for quarterly membership intakes; to develop, communicate, and execute strategies to hit budgeted targets for acquisition and retention.
5. An integral part of the role is targeted outreach; building relationships and developing partnerships with relevant networks and companies in and around Fritton Lake to generate membership applications.
6. You’ll be responsible for identifying sources of high quality potential new members or groups, and engaging them to want to join Fritton Lake.
7. Our club is loved by our current members, so you’ll use this feedback to raise awareness of Fritton Lake's facilities and events in a way that creates desirability and intrigue.
8. As we’re all about relationships, you’ll provide highly personalised levels of service and attention for prospective members, assisting them with navigating through the membership application journey and ensuring they continue to love the club.
9. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Director to generate new members, developing and managing incentive programmes that support and reward acquisition.
10. You’ll host events and manage pop-up activations aimed at attracting prospective members, both at Fritton Lake and elsewhere.
11. We have a strong membership committee, and you’ll continually review and seek new committee members to ensure that there is always capacity to refresh it.
12. You’ll plan and chair our regular committee meetings.
