Main responsibilities The main responsibilities of the role are: Monitor and analyse activity across digital communication channels, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities Produce regular insight reports, sharing clear and actionable recommendations with stakeholders Support content publishing and scheduling, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment Maintain high standards across all platforms through proactive housekeeping and content management Identify, log, and coordinate resolution of technical issues and platform bugs Ensure effective tagging, categorisation, and governance across digital channels Provide proofreading and quality assurance to ensure all communications are clear, accurate, and accessible Act as a key contact for colleagues, supporting teams to deliver effective digital engagement About you We're looking for someone who can demonstrate: A passion for delivering high-quality, inclusive digital experiences that put members and audiences first Experience of working with digital communication channels, platforms, or content management systems The ability to analyse data and engagement metrics, using insight to inform decisions and improve performance Excellent written communication skills, with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and tone of voice Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines A proactive, solutions-focused approach to improving processes, platforms, and ways of working The ability to build positive, collaborative relationships and support colleagues across teams An interest in sport, community, or membership organisations (desirable) Job details Hours: 37 hours Salary: £26,699 to £28,850 per annum Location: Dual based Contract type: Temporary for up to 12 months
