About the role
This newly created role partners with key stakeholders to ensure quality care, clinical governance and support that focuses on the individual. We don’t believe one size fits all and welcomes someone with a focus on independence, dignity, and quality of life– in ways that are genuinely meaningful. From using your expertise to review care, develop tailored plans built on restorative, reablement and wellness principles to an innate desire to advocate for others, this role will give you the opportunity to help implement reforms and shape the experience of care.
About you
Before anything else you’ll share our focus on those we care for and take real pride in what you do. With a strong foundation in case management, assessment and current best practice you may have recently found yourself looking for ways to innovate, learn more, coming up with initiatives and wanting to make sure people are exceptionally well supported. You’ll know the impact the right care at the right time can make.
Along with nursing or allied health degree and APHRA registration you’ll be creative, passionate, innovative and bring initiative. Our team are growing so we are looking for someone who can coach and guide others on what quality in care means. Your key experience will include:
* A love of all things communication, partnership, influencing and collaborating
* Fantastic attention to detail in clinical or case care, and all the documentation, budgeting and regulations the sector requires
* Initiative, creativity and solution focused thinking
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
* APHRA registration, Drivers Licence and National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
