Overview

HR Co-ordinator (Part Time) role at TaylorMade Golf Company. The HR team supports day-to-day HR operations and provides essential HR administrative support across all areas of HR. We’re looking for someone with previous HR administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and detail-focused.

The role requires 18.75 hours per week with a flexible pattern; a minimum of 4 hours per day on Monday, Thursday, and Friday at our Head office in Basingstoke.


What You’ll Do

* Assist with recruitment: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, shortlisting applications, and conducting reference checks.
* Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire documentation.
* Support employee benefits administration and respond to related queries.
* Help organise HR events and training sessions.
* Prepare HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.
* Monitor holiday entitlements, right to work, and benefit contributions.
* Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and handling HR queries.


What We’re Looking For

* Experience in an HR administrative or coordinative role.
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* High level of discretion handling confidential information.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Solution- and customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems (Workday advantageous).
