Start Date: Immediate Contract: Full-Time, Long Term with potential to become permanent
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join our exceptional team at an Ofsted-rated Outstanding school.
About the Role
Support students with a range of complex needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver tailored learning and care plans
Full-time, long-term position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate
Immediate start available
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience supporting individuals with complex needs in either children's or adult settings.
A compassionate, resilient, and proactive approach to care and education
Transferable skills from health, social care, or special educational needs settings are highly valued.
Must be available to work full-time immediately
