Overview
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative individual to support the delivery of transformation and change initiatives across the Care Group.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement changes within the Care Group aligned to the Trust Strategic Objectives and 28 Promises.
* Develop workflows and processes, and support staff through the introduction of new technologies and equipment.
* Work closely with clinical and corporate teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and improved service delivery.
* Analyse data from systems to provide information and assurance in line with project requirements.
* Support implementation of systems and processes to monitor and report on compliance, for example SMI Physical Health Checks, S117 Reviews and Waiting Times.
* Reach out to partner agencies to deliver project objectives across the Trust footprint.
Key Experience & Skills
* Demonstrable experience in change management or service improvement.
* Strong communication skills.
* Good understanding of healthcare environments.
* Experience reporting on and analysing data from systems.
Conditions of Appointment
* Fixed term until 31 March 2027.
* Work at any location within the Trust footprint.
