Job Opportunity: Senior Physiotherapist
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist, passionate about delivering excellent care, to join our dedicated Physiotherapy Team at Rowley Hall Hospital. You will provide exceptional clinical care to both in-patients and out-patients.
You will have the chance to broaden your experience by managing a diverse case mix including:
* Orthopaedic, spinal, podiatric, and surgical in-patients
* MSK, women's health, and post-operative out-patients
* Pre- and post-op joint education sessions
* Rehabilitation in the gym
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, safe, effective, caring, and responsive clinical care
* Develop and review treatment plans for complex MSK conditions to optimize recovery
* Manage your caseload, time, and appointments efficiently
* Respect patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
* Lead individual and group rehabilitation programs
* Contribute to the development of Physiotherapy services
* Ensure compliance with professional, clinical, and governance standards; participate in audits and quality assurance
* Commit to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience
* Current HCPC registration
* Understanding of CSP standards
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
* Strong customer care skills
* Good computer literacy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Previous supervisory experience
* Willingness to work at satellite clinics, gyms, and day surgery units
Desirable:
* Training in SWT and acupuncture
* Experience as a Clinical Educator
