ASSOCIATE OR SENIOR ASSOCIATE EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR | PART TIME & FULLY REMOTE | Top 50 City Firm | £75 - £100k DOE ( PART TIME)

This opportunity would suit an Associate or Senior Associate Employment Solicitor, who is looking to work fully remotely in a highly regarded City firm.
There is no expectation to build your own clients as the division is extremely busy and would suit someone wants to take on a busy caseload of varied & exciting employment law matters.

This role is ideal for an Associate or Senior Employment Solicitor who wants to focus on complex tribunal and advisory matters without the pressure of building a client base from scratch, with the flexibility of part time and remote working.
You will need:
* A minimum of 6 PQE (or much more) UK Employment Law, with strong experience in contentious employment law, with a mix of quality respondent (corporates) and claimant work.
* Confidence in running tribunal matters and complex disputes from start to finish.
* Must be able to manage a caseload independently.
* Experience gained in a city or strong regional firm.
* Excellent client communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
* A collaborative mindset, with the independence to work efficiently remotely.
