About the Client:
A leading insurance firm are looking for a Personal Assistant to support in their real estate division. This is a varied, dynamic role which offers excellent opportunity for learning and development in a friendly, collegiate team!
About the Personal Assistant role:
This is an interesting, varied role which combines PA duties and business development support. Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive PA to provide executive support to one MD and contribute to the smooth coordination of business development activities. The responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Complex diary and inbox management
* Coordinating travel arrangements
* Expense management
* Assisting with preparation of meeting materials and briefing documents
* Help to maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure all data is kept up to date
* Assist with event organisation
* Any additional ad-hoc tasks, as required
Candidate specification:
* Proven experience as a PA, or equivalent administrative role, is essential; experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable
* Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred
* Excellent organisational skills, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Proactive, can-do attitude

* Up to £45K, dependent on experience + discretionary bonus
