SHIFT PATERNS - 9.45PM TO 7.45AM
Personal Assistants (Support Workers) play the most important role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same but you will be supporting individuals who require assistance to achieve their goals and outcomes – whatever they may be.
Your role as a Support Worker may include:
* Assisting with personal care
* Moving and handling support
* Positive behavioural support
* Expanding social networks and community connections
Enable creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.

Where required, Enable will fully fund SVQ Health and Social Care qualifications – required for SSSC registration. The successful applicant will be required to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 3 months of their start date.
