What You’ll Do As a Metrology Technologist, you’ll be at the heart of our materials innovation, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of measurements that underpin product development and quality. You will: Develop and implement advanced metrology techniques for polymer and composite materials Collaborate with scientists and engineers to support cutting-edge research projects Maintain and calibrate high-precision instrumentation (e.g., SEM, AFM, profilometers) Analyse data to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with industry standards Drive continuous improvement in measurement capability and data integrity What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone with a passion for precision and a proactive mindset.
