We are seeking talented Nail Technicians and Beauty Therapists to join NOVOBLANC London. Whether you specialise in nails, brows, lashes, facials, or skin treatments, this is your chance to work in a stunning new salon environment that attracts an affluent clientele.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a range of professional beauty or aesthetic treatments to a high standard
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and valued
* Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in line with health & safety standards
* Promote additional services and products to enhance the client experience
* Build and maintain a loyal client base through professionalism and expertise
* Collaborate with the salon team to create a welcoming and luxury environment
We're looking for professionals who:
* Are qualified in nail services and beauty (lashes, brows, facials)
* Have an existing client base OR are motivated to grow one with our marketing support
* Are ambitious, professional, and passionate about delivering luxury treatments
* Value independence but also enjoy the support of a premium salon brand
