Ivy House is a welcoming Supported Living Service in Barnet, supporting up to 7 adults with learning disabilities (currently 5 residents). Each person has their own individual room, with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Our team supports residents to develop their independence and daily living skills, including shopping, budgeting, attending health appointments, and taking part in social activities. Located close to Barnet High Street, Ivy House offers easy access to shops, local transport (High Barnet Station – Northern Line), parks, and a local museum. Wake Night Support Worker – Female (2 Positions) Location: Barnet Supported Living Services Salary: £12.71 per hour Hours: 30 or 40 hours per week (rota basis) About the Role We are seeking two dedicated Female Wake Night Support Workers to join our Barnet Supported Living Services team. You will provide overnight care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the night. This role involves working flexibly on a rota, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our service users. Ensure safety, security, and well-being throughout the night. Maintain accurate records and handovers. Respond to emergencies and follow safeguarding protocols.
