We are an innovative company revolutionising office sustainability with our patented compact dishwasher, designed specifically for workplace environments. Our solution washes reusable cups and mugs in just 30 seconds, significantly reducing the use of disposable cups and promoting eco-friendly practices in the workplace. As we expand into the UK market, we are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial General Manager / CEO to lead the launch and growth of our UK subsidiary.

Role Overview:

The General Manager / CEO will be responsible for establishing and scaling our UK operations from the ground up. This includes setting up the office and warehouse, recruiting and managing a local team, driving sales and marketing efforts, and building strong relationships with initial customers. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a self-starter with a strong B2B sales background and a passion for sustainability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish UK operations, including setting up the office and warehouse

• Recruit and manage a local team (sales, operations, support)

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns

• Drive B2B sales through direct engagement (face-to-face, email, phone)

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics

• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

• Collaborate with HQ to align on strategy, reporting, and product feedback

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in office equipment (e.g., coffee machines, water dispensers, etc.)

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with experience launching or scaling a business

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment

• Experience working in or with international companies is a plus

• A relevant university degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering). Master's degree is a plus
