A specialist executive search and talent intelligence business is looking to hire a Data & Insight Associate to support research, market intelligence and AI-driven projects across the firm.
This is not a sales role.
Instead, this will suit somebody who is naturally analytical, organised and curious. Somebody who enjoys research, spotting patterns, building insight and working with information properly.
The business partners with global consumer and professional services organisations on senior hiring and talent strategy projects. A lot of the work sits around market mapping, leadership intelligence and data-led decision making.
They are particularly interested in graduates who are curious about:
• AI and how it can improve research
• Data and insight
• Market intelligence
• Organising and analysing information
• Professional services environments
What they are looking for:
• Strong academics
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written communication
• Naturally inquisitive personality
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, research and data
• Somebody reliable, collaborative and switched on
This would suit somebody who enjoys the research/problem-solving side of recruitment and search, rather than the highly sales-led side.
Approx. £35k base plus bonus, benefits and long-term progression.
