We are seeking a confident and compassionate Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join a specialist education setting in Poole. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, supporting children and young people aged 2 to 18 across both primary and secondary phases. Working hours are 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Student Needs Pupils require support for a range of needs including Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, Autism Spectrum Condition, communication difficulties, sensory needs and behaviours that challenge. Your Impact In this role, you will work closely with pupils to promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning. You will support classroom activities, deliver targeted interventions and help create a calm, safe and predictable environment where pupils can thrive. Experience Required Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months childcare experience, particularly supporting children or young people with SEN or behavioural needs.
