Our client, a large independent estate agent based in the South West, are seeking an Experienced Estate Agent to join their Camborne branch on a full-time basis. You will manage property listings, conduct viewings, facilitate sales and lettings, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and market property listings
* Conduct property viewings and valuations
* Negotiate and close sales and lettings
* Deliver outstanding customer service
* Work collaboratively within a dynamic team
Qualifications & Skills
* Minimum 1 year experience in estate agency
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Proven sales ability, including negotiation and closing
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of the local property market (advantageous)
* Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required
Working Hours
* Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:30pm
* Saturdays: 9:00am–4:00pm (on a rota basis)
