Effectively manage, supervise, and develop staff to achieve their full potential. 2. Effectively manage, continuously improve and develop the service. 3. Provide guidance and support to staff making day-to-day decisions and encouraging a reflective approach to their work. 4. Lead on the resourcing, administration and safe day-to-day running of service delivery. 5. Recruit and induct new members of staff. 6. Produce accurate, timely and impactful reports. 7. Oversee the team/project budget to ensure finances are managed responsibly. 8. Liaise with colleagues, partner organisations and professional agencies to offer effective support for service users. 9. Promote excellent partnership working with key stakeholders including Primary Care Networks, individual GP practices, and local Voluntary & Community Sector providers. 10. Keep up to date with the various services offered by Oxfordshire Mind, local mental health services and other providers to enable appropriate information and signposting. 11. Conduct regular risk assessments and take appropriate and timely actions to mitigate and manage the risks. 12. Actively contribute to the development of the Wellbeing Service, including engagement with Extended Management Team meetings and collaborating to share knowledge and best practice.
