The Boeing Company is searching for an Associate Project Management Specialist (Project Manager) to join our F-22 Depot Partnering team at the Berkeley, MO location. This individual will drive execution for support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training, maintenance/modifications, support equipment, and facilities. Establishes leads for Depot Activation efforts, including Depot Level Repairables (DLRs), software maintenance, and additional air-vehicle maintenance capabilities within a depot.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Provide oversight and recommendations for completing projects on time and under budget.
2. Execute support program activities including system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training, maintenance/modifications, support equipment, and facilities.
3. Develop support program plans and schedules for depot activations, validate standard deliverables, and support trade studies for platform subsystems.
4. Research, document, and provide technical information; support the development and maintenance of support products, engineering data, and integrated support infrastructure.
5. Possess knowledge of USAF, depot maintenance, and sustainment processes and procedures.
Note: This position is expected to be 100% onsite at the Berkeley, MO location.
Basic Qualifications:
* Experience interfacing with Depot for parts builds, modifications, and rack refurbishments.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* At least 1 year of experience in finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, business support services, program management, or related roles.
* Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams.
* Ability to travel 10% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or higher.
* Experience working with external suppliers and internal teams towards common goals.
* Experience in earned value management.
* Experience with Aircraft Systems.
Additional Information:

* Pay Range: $68,850 - $93,150, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and more.
