As a Host at the Haymarket Hotel, you will be the first point of contact
for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience.
Responsibilities:
* Creating a
welcoming and friendly atmosphere from the moment guests arrive.
* Engaging with
guests to ensure they feel valued and at home.
* Managing bookings
to optimise the dining room flow and guest satisfaction.
* Working closely
with the team and management to ensure seamless service.
* Ensuring the dining
area is impeccable and guests receive top-notch service.
What you Need:
* Keen to work as
part of a dynamic and supportive team.
* Strong
interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.
* A meticulous
approach to ensuring every guest's experience is perfect.
* A warm,
approachable demeanour and a proactive attitude.
* Previous experience
in a similar environment is desirable but not essential. We value personality
and a passion for hospitality above all.
