As the Reefer Customer Care Manager, you will play a key role in driving service excellence, developing talent, and shaping customer experience in a temperature-controlled logistics environment. Join us in leading a high-performing team and ensuring our customers receive best-in-class support every step of the way How you create impact Lead, coach and develop the Reefer Customer Care team to ensure high-quality service delivery and strong customer relationships. Coordinate day-to-day operations, including resource planning, training, and coverage for absences. Foster strong collaboration with Shared Service Centres, Operational Care Centres, Branch Management, and Sales Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service, problem solving, and continuous improvement, supported by NPS measurement. Manage team performance, conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and support career development. Oversee compliance with all contracts, SOPs, Quality Management Systems, QSHE standards, and GXP/GDP requirements Support onboarding and retention of customers, including direct visits and cross-functional collaboration. Drive process improvements using CAPA, TIP, Supplier Management and lean working methods. What we would like you to bring Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and support team development. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines. A deep understanding of team dynamics and how to get the best out of individuals. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS 365. Experience in transport/logistics management, ideally within Sea Logistics and reefer operations. Knowledge of KuehneNagel Sea Logistics systems and processes (preferred).
