We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant to support our team in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children. This role involves assisting in various tasks related to childcare and early childhood education, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
Responsibilities
* Provide support in daily activities and routines for children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Assist in planning and implementing educational activities that promote early childhood development.
* Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs.
* Collaborate with team members to create a positive learning atmosphere.
* Manage classroom behaviour and provide guidance to children as needed.
Skills
* Strong abilities to guide both children effectively.
* Experience working with children, particularly in a nursery or childcare setting.
* Knowledge of early childhood education principles is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
