£55,000 - £60,000
Monday - Friday 7.00am - 3.00pm
9% Pension, Life Assurance 4x salary, 33 days holiday, buy/sell holiday, company sick pay, unlimited overtime
Roles / Responsibilities
* Mixture of hands on and hands off engineering
* Overseeing team of 14 engineers across a continental shift pattern
* Coaching and development of engineering staff, identifying training opportunities
* Identifying improvements and efficiency on machinery and involved in project work
What We’re Looking For
* Multi Skilled Engineering background
* Experience as an Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor
* Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
