Sales Manager Leisure, FIT & wholesale and leisure group sales - Montcalm Collection
The Montcalm Collection is seeking a talented Sales Manager Leisure, FIT & Wholesale Group Sales to lead our growth across key international leisure markets. This is your opportunity to represent our elegant Park Grand Hotels and the wider Montcalm portfolio, building strategic partnerships and driving revenue through your expertise in the travel trade.
Essential Experience & Skills
Minimum 35 years experience in sales or business development in the luxury hospitality, travel, or tour operator industry.
Proven track record in FIT, tour operator, group sales with existing contacts in the UK and global leisure markets.
Strong understanding of inbound wholesale, FIT and group travel, luxury lifestyle trends, and client expectations.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the wholesale, FIT and leisure group, including trends, customer behaviour, and key competitors.
Networking Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain connections within the leisure segment.
Commercially minded with excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influencing positive outcomes.
Familiar with working in fast-paced, multi-property environments.
Knowledge of key international markets: North America, Middle East and Asia.
Desirable Attributes
Previous experience in boutique or townhouse-style hotels.
Familiarity with Opera PMS and CRM.
Multilingual (especially Arabic, Mandarin, or Spanish) is a plus.
Passionate about delivering personalised, design-led hospitality experience.
