Role Overview
The Compliance Officer works in close partnership with the Compliance Team Leader to ensure that all Property Management activities operate in full alignment with regulatory, statutory, legal and internal governance requirements. The role provides oversight across key compliance controls, including the monitoring of client money procedures, the review and validation of business processes and systems, and the provision of informed support on compliance‑related queries, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
This position requires a proactive and self‑driven individual who consistently demonstrates reliability, adaptability and strong personal initiative.

Team Overview
Based in the Manchester Office with occasional travel to the regional offices. Working in the Manchester office you'll be sat along-side the Property Management Compliance and the Central Finance Team. Our 100+ colleagues work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
