We are now looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our exceptional team. You will assess needs, implement tailored care plans, and manage medication with precision and care. You will provide guidance and mentorship to the wider care team, play an active role in daily handovers and reviews, and respond with compassion and professionalism to the needs of residents and their families. Whether you are handling a clinical decision or offering comfort during a quiet moment, your role will be at the heart of the home.
