With rapid growth and a reputation for quality service, they manage high-profile retail and restaurant clients and focus on hard FM (reactive and planned maintenance). The Role – Gas Maintenance Manager As Gas Maintenance Manager, you'll take ownership of the gas service portfolio for a key client, overseeing compliance, performance, and day-to-day operations. You’ll support and guide the engineering team while ensuring all systems run smoothly and meet industry standards. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the gas maintenance program for a new commercial client * Ensure compliance with all gas safety and certification requirements * Manage PPM schedules and reactive works * Quote and price works; review engineer jobs * Provide expert technical advice to clients and internal teams * Build and maintain strong client relationships What We're Looking For: * NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Gas or Mechanical Engineering * Proven experience in gas systems maintenance, ideally in FM or multi-site environments * Strong knowledge of compliance and health & safety regulations * Practical knowledge of various gas-related systems (boilers, heating, interlocking systems, air/heat pumps, etc.) * Proficiency in scheduling tools and maintenance software * Excellent communication and team leadership skills * A proactive, career-driven mindset What You’ll Get: * Competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 * Pension scheme * Paid holiday * Flexible working hours * Ongoing training and clear career progression * Supportive and collaborative working environment Ready to lead our M&E division and take your career to the next level?
