About the Opportunity Are you a clinically qualified, passionate leader with expertise in supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities (LD), Autism, and Mental Health needs? Do you have experience working within secure care settings or managing the transition of complex individuals into community-based services? We are seeking a Registered Manager (Clinical Lead) with an active RNLD (Registered Nurse in Learning Disabilities) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification. You will lead high-quality supported living services for individuals with complex needs, including those transitioning from secure environments. What We’re Looking For A clinically qualified professional (RMN or RNLD) with active NMC registration. Significant experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health conditions. Experience in managing or facilitating transitions from secure settings to community-based supported living services. A proactive, hands-on leader passionate about service development, clinical excellence, and positive behavioural support (PBS). Strong strategic leadership and team development skills. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and commissioning authorities. Comfortable promoting services through digital platforms and stakeholder engagement. Drive service excellence and continuous quality improvement. Develop and oversee personalised transition plans for individuals moving from secure care settings. Maintain compliance with all CQC, statutory, and regulatory standards. Lead and develop service and operational management teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with families, professionals, and commissioning stakeholders. Attend and contribute to CPA, MDT, safeguarding, and governance meetings. Oversee service budgets and operational targets. Promote safeguarding and a culture of positive risk management. Support marketing and recruitment activity to strengthen service visibility. Professional Development Attend mandatory and optional clinical and leadership training. Participate actively in supervision and personal development reviews.
