Your new role
As a Credit Control Assistant, you will provide essential operational and administrative support to the Credit Control function. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Posting daily cash receipts
2. Managing email inboxes, statements, and copy invoice requests
3. Handling the setup process for new client accounts
4. Processing credit notes and maintaining supporting spreadsheets
5. Proactively chasing overdue customer payments via telephone and email
6. Liaising with internal operational teams to resolve queries
What you'll need to succeed
7. Previous experience in an accounts or credit control support role
8. Strongmunication skills, both written and verbal
9. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
10. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems
11. A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork
