Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all aspects of the home's operations, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations
* Create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes positive outcomes for children with learning disabilities
* Develop and support a high-performing team, ensuring staff are well-trained, motivated, and child-focused
* Work in close partnership with families, local authorities, and multi-agency professionals
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation in care delivery
Requirements:
* Must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential setting
* A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and person-centred care
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Passion for supporting children with learning disabilities to achieve their full potential
