Enforcement case officer

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Newport to assist with the appointment of an Enforcement Case Officer, on a 6.5-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £107.04 - £140.81 per day

Summary:

The Enforcement Case Officer will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Waste Education and Enforcement Team, ensuring the efficient delivery of enforcement and educational activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Waste Education and Enforcement Team.
• Support enforcement case workflows and maintain accurate case management records.
• Handle customer enquiries, correspondence, and requests for information in a professional and timely manner.
• Process notifications, invoices, payments, and other financial documentation.
• Maintain and update document management and record-keeping systems.
• Produce reports, statistics, and management information as required.

Qualification:

• Good general standard of education.

Essentials:

• Experience of administrative processes and integrated record management systems.
• Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and other software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working within a busy administrative environment.
• Ability to deal calmly, courteously, and effectively with members of the public.
