Role: Branch Manager / General Manager Sector: Construction Materials / Building Supplies / Electrical Products Location: Brighton Area Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (varying dependent on experience) plus bonus, plus car, plus benefits. Our client is a well-respected and long-established distributor of construction supplies / building materials and electrical products. Their branch is in the Brighton area and requires a new Branch Manager. This is a busy site and it needs someone to keep it going in the right direction. The autonomy is strong with this position and therefore you must be able to run all aspects of a branch and organise your team accordingly. This role requires a special someone - ideally a proven Branch Manager, Depot Manager or General Manager, who must be currently working in the construction supply sector. Current Assistant Managers could also be considered but only if they can demonstrate strong and proven management experience. Candidates should have demonstrable experience in sales, negotiation and stock control. The right person should of had success running a site along with a drive to always maximise potential.
