We are seeking a Head Dental Nurse for our busy dental practice in a full-time, permanent role.
Responsibilities
* Assist dentists with treatments, providing high-standard chairside support.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient clinical environment, ensuring staff adherence to protocols.
* Manage clinical notes accuracy and assist with audits of equipment and infection control.
* Lead compliance with CQC regulations and oversee team development and support.
* Collaborate with the Practice Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 3 years' post‑qualification experience with a GDC registration.
* Organised, IT proficient, calm under pressure, and patient‑focused.
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
