Job Description Job Title: Chef de Partie & Senior Pastry Chef de Partie Location: Rural location near Maidenhead (own transport required) Salary: Up to £42,000 tronc benefits (dependent on role and experience) About the Role We are recruiting for both a Chef de Partie and a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie to join a world-class kitchen team in a renowned, high-standard dining environment. This is a unique opportunity to work across two exceptional concepts, gaining exposure to both classic and innovative cuisine at the highest level. Key Responsibilities Chef de Partie (CDP): Run and manage your own section during service Prepare and present dishes to an exceptional standard Support senior chefs in delivering high-quality service Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards Assist with stock control and minimising waste Senior Pastry Chef de Partie: Take ownership of pastry preparation and service Deliver refined desserts with precision and creativity Support development of new pastry dishes and menus Maintain consistency and attention to detail at all times Mentor junior pastry chefs and contribute to team development What We’re Looking For Proven experience at CDP level (or strong Demi/CDP ready to step up) For pastry role: strong background in high-quality pastry or dessert kitchens Passion for seasonal ingredients, technique, and presentation Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance kitchen Strong teamwork and communication skills A positive, driven, and professional attitude What We Offer Salary up to £42,000 depending on experience and role Tronc/tips on top of base salary Excellent opportunities for career progression and training Staff meals on duty The chance to work within a highly respected, award-winning kitchen environment A supportive and ambitious team culture How to Apply If you’re a passionate chef looking to develop your career at a high level, we’d love to hear from you.
