This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled clinician to work in a supportive environment with a busy and established NHS patient list. You will have the clinical freedom to provide a full range of NHS treatments and the opportunity to develop your skills in private dentistry if desired.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing a comprehensive range of dental treatments to our NHS patient base, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
* Carrying out routine and complex dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, crowns, and dentures.
* Promoting and educating patients on preventative oral health care.
* Maintaining accurate and contemporaneous patient records in line with best practice and practice policies.
* Working collaboratively with our team of dentists, nurses, and support staff to ensure a seamless patient journey.
* Adhering to all GDC and CQC standards and guidelines.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Registered with the General Dental Council (GDC).
* An active NHS performer number is essential.
* Proven experience in providing dental care to NHS patients in the UK.
* Excellent clinical and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from a wide range of backgrounds.
* A strong understanding of the NHS dental contract and regulations.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A commitment to continuous professional development.
