As our Paid Media Executive, you'll play a key role in driving customers to our website and growing our digital presence across multiple channels. Working closely with the Paid Media Manager, you'll get hands on with PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and Affiliates - using your skills to target, convert and retain customers. You'll also contribute to retargeting strategies, ensuring we maximise ROI and keep previous customers engaged.

Deliver best-in-class campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and Affiliates, driving traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Set up, launch and optimise campaigns with precision and attention to detail, supported by senior team members.
Write ad copy and develop creative mock-ups for social, display, and search—contributing to a strong test-and-learn culture.
Collaborate with UX, marketing and design teams to create compelling assets, landing pages and content aligned with brand messaging.
Work with the Paid Media Manager to set clear KPIs, measure performance, and optimise channels against commercial targets.
Support growth of the affiliate channel in collaboration with our agency partners.
Monitor and manage daily budgets, ensuring spend targets are met and ROI is maximised.
Build and maintain performance reports, analysing campaign results and communicating insights to stakeholders.
Partner with the Data Analytics Manager on developing in-house cohort reporting and LTV models.
Align SEO and Paid Media strategies to maximise visibility and performance.

Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
Google Ads certifications or other paid media qualifications (desirable).
~1 year's experience in digital acquisition, performance marketing, or conversion-focused roles in a B2C or C2C eCommerce environment.
Strong knowledge of Paid Media (Search & Social), Display and Affiliates.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads Manager, programmatic tools).
Experience with SA360, DV360, Campaign Manager or similar (desirable).
Experience managing agencies (desirable).
High proficiency in Excel and an analytical mindset with a focus on performance optimisation.
Commercially aware, able to link digital performance to wider business goals.
