Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeper to join our team in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel or hospitality environments, showcasing their ability to provide exceptional service and attention to detail. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
* Carry out daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
* Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, ensuring that all items are fresh and well-presented.
* Dust, vacuum, and mop floors while paying attention to detail in all areas of the establishment.
* Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations while using cleaning products and equipment safely.
* Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring that all linens are cleaned, folded, and stored appropriately.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests or concerns with professionalism.
Experience
* Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
* Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
