Follow our journey at https://bridgecarbon.com/ We are hiring an Operational Finance Manager With a strong focus on Process Optimisation | NetSuite‑Enabled Contract: Fixed‑Term – 6 Months Role Purpose To lead the review, design, and optimisation of day‑to‑day accounting processes and system controls to ensure NetSuite delivers clean, consistent, and reliable accounting outcomes during international rollout across Africa and Asia. This is a delivery‑focused contract role, centred on improving accounting process design, data quality, and system‑driven controls—enabling regional teams to produce accurate, scalable results within a multi‑entity NetSuite environment. What You’ll Do Accounting Process & System Control Optimisation Review accounting outputs from regional teams (journals, accruals, reconciliations, intercompany data) Assess whether existing day‑to‑day accounting processes and controls generate reliable NetSuite outputs Design, document, and embed practical accounting process controls covering: Data capture and data‑in quality Validation, review, and approval points Consistent, repeatable month‑end processes Reduce manual intervention and rework through improved process and system design NetSuite Finance Enablement Act as the finance process lead supporting NetSuite optimisation and international rollout Translate accounting and process requirements into clear inputs for system configuration Partner with system owners and external implementation partners to: Validate accounting logic and system outputs Ensure NetSuite behaviour reflects accounting intent Provide guidance on: Chart of accounts design Entity and subsidiary structures Intercompany and reporting logic Multi‑Entity & International Process Design Support accounting process design across a multi‑entity international group Review and help standardise intercompany recharges, reconciliations, and eliminations Support group reporting and consolidation processes from a process and controls perspective Balance group standardisation with local operational realities Develop clear process documentation, playbooks, and guidance Lead hands‑on workshops to embed updated processes and reinforce correct NetSuite usage Finance Change Support Act as a trusted accounting and process reference point during NetSuite rollout Support finance‑related change impacting accounting outcomes, reporting, or system usage What You’ll Need to Have Essential Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) 6 years’ experience in accounting or finance roles (Finance Manager or equivalent) Strong technical accounting and accounting process design expertise Hands‑on NetSuite experience (or comparable ERP) from a finance user perspective Proven experience reviewing: Month‑end close outputs Balance sheet integrity Intercompany accounting flows Experience operating in international, multi‑entity environments Strong process mindset with exceptional attention to detail Ability to deliver quickly in a short‑term, optimisation‑focused contract Preferred Experience supporting ERP rollout, optimisation, or post‑implementation stabilisation Exposure to Africa and/or Asia operational environments Group reporting or consolidation experience Familiarity with finance system integrations (payroll, banking, billing) Role Impact High visibility and direct impact on business performance Opportunity to shape systems strategy in a growing organization Autonomy, trust, and influence at a senior level Bridge Carbon is committed to building an inclusive, diverse, and values‑driven workplace.
