🎯 What you’ll be doing
* Carrying out valuations and winning instructions.
* Driving stock levels and supporting the Sales Director in leading the team.
* Managing and progressing your pipeline through to completion.
* Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors.
* Playing a key role in keeping the office at the top of its market.
🙌 About you
* Current Assistant Sales Manager (or experienced Senior Valuer) with proven London valuation experience.
* Confident in pitching and winning instructions in a competitive market.
* Strong track record in high-volume offices, ideally South West London.
* Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to step into full Sales Manager responsibility.
* Excellent communicator and natural leader.
