Behaviour Support Worker
A well-regarded secondary school in Bath is looking for a motivated and dependable Behaviour Support Worker to support students in Year 11, helping them stay focused, engaged and on track during a crucial stage of their education.
Responsibilities
* Support Year 11 pupils in lessons across a range of subjects.
* Work closely with teaching staff to manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support where required.
* Act as a consistent, calm presence during a high‑pressure exam year.
* Encourage focus, resilience, and positive attitudes to learning.
Qualifications
* Experience working with secondary-aged pupils, especially Key Stage 4 (desirable).
* Confidence managing challenging behaviour in a calm, firm and fair manner.
* Background in sport, coaching, mentoring or youth work (highly desirable).
* Ability to build rapport quickly and act as a positive role model.
* Resilient, proactive, and reliable.

Hours: Full‑time (Monday‑Friday, 8:30am‑3:30pm), term‑time only
Start Date: April 20th
Pay: Daily Pay Rate £92.63, Weekly Pay Every Friday
