The objective of this role is the execution of many change and transformation strategies. You will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of key pillars of activity across the wider programme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading key programmes of work with strategic suppliers
* Provide strong leadership, overseeing and supporting a team of business owners providing clarity on initiatives and work streams
* Understanding and managing the key dependencies and resource implications across the programme
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including at Board level, challenging decisions where appropriate to ensure a successful programme outcomes
* Apply an assessment criteria that allows progress to be continuously evaluated against the scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes, and benefits and provide direction to the programme team to ensure the business outcomes are realised
Experience:
* Experience leading and delivering end to end complex enterprise wide business transformation, collaborating with key stakeholders through the design and implementation stage
* 10+ years of banking experience in a similar Programme Director role
* Stakeholder management capability up to an executive level
