We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative, hardworking and energetic Teacher of Science to join our outstanding Science Faculty from September 2026.
You should be an inspirational teacher who is committed to bringing out the best in every student. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent classroom practice whilst being actively committed to building upon the department’s strengths and successes. They will have the ability to develop and inspire students and bring a range of skills and experience that will enhance learning, whilst motivating students to reach their full potential. The successful candidate will be expected to take a positive and active role in professional development to ensure the role is carried out to the highest standards.
We are an ambitious secondary school, situated in Caerphilly, we pride ourselves on excellent working relationships between staff and students. St. Martin’s is committed to the safeguarding and well-being of students and expects all staff to share in this responsibility; therefore the successful candidate will be required to undertake child protection screening, including enhanced DBS clearance, and full reference checks with previous employers.
