* Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
* Department: Facilities
* Location: Chapeltown, Sheffield
* Working Hours: 37.5 Hours, Monday to Friday
* Contract: Permanent
Main Responsibilities
* Providing day‑to‑day support for site maintenance and facilities operations
* Responding to repair requests and facilities issues promptly and professionally
* Coordinating and monitoring contractors to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
* Maintaining accurate records, including risk assessments and contractor documentation
* Supporting safety tours and ensuring follow‑up actions are completed
* Participating in the out‑of‑hours on‑call rota to address urgent issues
* Creating purchase requisitions for facilities contracts and services
* Promoting health and safety compliance across the site
Qualifications
* Experience in an administrative role
* A passion for being handy (e.g. repairs, DIY)
* Confidence using MS Excel to an intermediate standard
* An organised and methodical approach to work
* Confidence liaising with stakeholders of all levels
* Excellent attention to detail
