Bids and Tender Writer - Warwick – Plumb Centre

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Hybrid Working – 2 Days From Home

As a Bids and Tender Writer based in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:

1. Crafting compelling written responses to tender questions, aligning with customer requirements and bid specifications, across varying bid sizes and complexities
2. Collaborating with subject matter experts and the sales team, leading content meetings to gather insights and ensure responses reflect the full value proposition
3. Analysing bid documentation and structure responses, interpreting client briefs and planning tailored answers that showcase our offering effectively
4. Managing multiple bids simultaneously, incorporating feedback, refining content, and submitting final responses via designated portals

This is a full-time, 12 month fixed term contract role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between, with 2 days working from home.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

5. To have a creative mindset with strong writing skills, capable of producing engaging and persuasive content tailored to customer needs
6. To be proficient in Microsoft Office, with a keen interest in technology and digital tools - experience with Copilot is desirable
7. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and clarity across all written responses
8. Relevant experience or qualifications in writing, such as prior bid writing roles or a degree in English Language or Literature
