If you've got a full and relevant Level 2/3 (or above) Early Years qualification, and you're an educator at heart with a passion for shaping little minds – our Childcare Practitioner role is built for you.
Don't have the qualification (yet)? No problem – we've got you covered. If you've got the passion and potential, our Childcare Practitioner route gives you the opportunity to train with us, qualify in as little as 9 months, and build a long-term career.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
* Plan and deliver meaningful learning experiences for children
* Track and reflect on progress using the EYFS framework
* Work closely with parents and carers to build trust and collaboration
* Maintain a safe, happy and inspiring space for every child
* Work as part of a strong, supportive and forward-thinking team
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
* Qualified Level 2 or 3 Early Years practitioners (or willing to train)
* Passionate educators who want to make a difference
* Team players with energy, ideas and empathy
* People who care about doing things properly, not just ticking boxes
* Bonus if you have a teaching qualification or are interested in leading Preschool rooms (extra pay applies)
