Responsibilities
* Planned and reactive building maintenance tasks
* Development and Management of the PPM regime
* Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld
* Providing technical support to the maintenance team, occupants and landlord
Qualifications
* Experienced electrical or mechanical engineer
* Previous experience with AC maintenance
* Multi-skilled, commercial building maintenance career history
* Recognised electrical qualifications
* Fully knowledgeable in BS:7671 Wiring Regulations
* Organised, punctual and reliable
