About The Role
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week (consideration for 30+ hours)
* Location: Full-time in-office for induction; hybrid working with at least 2 days in the office per week post-training
As a Senior Clinical Systems Configuration Analyst, You Will:
* Work closely with system users, providing advice and support
* Configure and optimise clinical systems for efficiency and usability
* Develop expertise in systems like RiO, SystmOne, IAPTus, Systems for Dentists, and Lillie (training provided)
* Lead system improvements, change management, and projects
* Handle configuration tasks and queries ensuring seamless functionality
* Conduct in-depth testing (functional, regression, acceptance)
* Develop templates, forms, and workflows
