Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and looking for a role where you can make a difference? Our client is seeking a proactive Customer Service Administrator to join their team in this fully office-based role in Milton Keynes. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them with queries over the and email. You'll play a key part in ensuring a seamless service experience for every customer. Please note this role is offered on a temporary ongoing basis.
Customer Service Administrator - What you'll be doing:
* Handling incoming calls and emails, ensuring all queries are responded to promptly.
* Logging customer enquiry details accurately into the system.
* Keeping customers fully updated.
* Supporting your colleagues and adapting to the team's workload when needed.
* Working in line with agreed processes, KPIs, and service standards.
Customer Service Administrator - What we're looking for:
* A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers.
* Previous experience in a customer service role (minimum 1 year, ideally tele-based).
* Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with IT systems.
* A positive team player with a flexible and proactive approach.
